A digital service form has been developed for quick and efficient reporting of a request for support or a complaint. Anyone may approach us directly with a request for service. After completing the below form, you will automatically receive an email with confirmation of receipt. We will process the request and support and resolve by means of telephone, sending parts or deploying a service technician.

GROHE terms and conditions apply our services and Manufacturing Guarantee conditions. Validity of claims will be claims under warranty will be assessed.

This implies that if a product error and a service technician is deployed, costs may or may not be charged according to these conditions.

If it is not a product defect, (and not covered by Manufacturing Guarantee - the costs of the visit, labour and any materials will be passed on to the client. The rates for this are:
Service Visit rate “excluding any parts used" : € 60.00 incl. VAT (for 30 mins)

UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19
To protect and ensure the health of our customers and employees, GROHE has decided to take the following measures due to the current Corona pandemic:
Technician visits will be limited to handle product repairs with a high urgency. In case of high urgency, we kindly request you to clearly state the reasoning for the urgency in the application. We kindly request you to submit service reports requiring a technician visit. We will of course do our utmost to maintain our service at the highest possible level during this period.
